There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Board Room, 21 North St., Walton, NY for the following two issues:
1. Nicole Gerace, 56 Shepard St., Emily Dutton acting on the owners behalf, she is interested in having a veterinary clinic at this location. She is seeking an interpretation of Village Code 260 D (1). Single Family Residential District.
2. Glen Lepinnet, 62 Stockton Ave., replace current residence with a double wide mobile home which is against Village Code 260-11 B (1). Single Family Residential
that a public hearing on the Tentative 2023-2024 Village of Walton Budget will be held on May 1, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, 21 North St., Walton.
Elected Officials Annual Salaries are as follows: Mayor: $7,578; Trustees: $2,705.
A copy of the tentative budget is available on our website, villageofwalton.com, and at the Village Hall where it may be viewed between the hours of 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
There will be a special meeting of the Board of Trustees on April 17th at 4:00 p.m. for a public hearing on Local Law 2023-3 to amend Water Charges.
All interested parties will be heard who are for or against this amendment.

Wednesday, February 15, 2023
at 3:30p.m. in the Village Boardroom.
